1. Prepare, but don't overdo it

When you schedule your assessment you will receive some more info from us about its content. Please go through this carefully. Ask about the experiences of others. However, every assessment is different, so don't prepare too much.

 

2. Use your time effectively and efficiently

When conducting an exercise, always keep your goal and chosen approach in mind. Use preparation time efficiently.

 

3. Stay yourself

The exercises may be fictional, but you certainly are not. We don't ask you to act, but to show your spontaneous approach. Show your strengths and learning points by remaining yourself.

 

4. Trust your common sense

"Keep it simple": we look at how you do things. Solving our cases requires no professional knowledge or expertise. Use your common sense.

A few more tips:

  • Provide some examples of the competencies you consider important for this position
  • List your ambitions, motivation, career, strengths and learning points
  • Make sure you have a clear thread of your career steps and think about possible ambitions and development paths in the future.
