We enter into a dialogue with you to compare our observations with your approach, reflections and story. We identify your strengths and development points, what drives you, stimulates and motivates you. With a focus on your development path and goals, we give you well-founded and useful feedback.

AN INTERACTIVE AND MEANINGFUL PROGRAM

A development center day is an interactive and especially educational day, filled with assignments, tailored to the purpose of the development center. On the basis of the assignments we gain insight into your strengths, development points, motivations and energy givers. We discuss every exercise with you to give you useful feedback for your development.

A few tips:

  • Think about some examples to illustrate the competencies that you consider important

  • List your ambitions, motivation, career, strengths and learning points

  • Make sure that you have a clear thread in your career steps and think about your possible ambitions and your future development path
