AN INTERACTIVE AND MEANINGFUL PROGRAM
You are invited through our candidate portal where you will find all the useful and practical information. The assessment day itself is an interactive day, filled with assignments, depending on the specific role and the organization. During these assignments we will look for the common thread in your approach in a fictitious role and context. This way we evaluate your competences and behavior relevant to the proposed role. Because feedback is extremely important to us, we discuss every exercise with you afterwards. This way you also learn more.
